ATAC “Indoor” Winter Swimming at Myers Park

The Area Tallahassee Aquatic Club is taking registrations for winter competitive swimming under the Wade Wehunt “Bubble” in Myers Park. If you are between the ages of 5 to 13 years of age and can swim one length of the pool breathing to the side or 14 to 18 years of age and can swim the 4 competitive strokes comfortably you can become a part of one of the best swim teams in the country. This program will run from November 28th 2011 through June 1st 2012. The first League quarter will run from 11/28/11 – 3/16/12.  Registration for this first quarter is ongoing. Interested new and returning swimmers may register and take a swim test at the Trousdell Pool on John Knox Rd. any Monday or Wednesday at 5:30 PM until November 23rd. Starting November 30th swim tests will be held at Myers Park on Wednesdays at 6:00 by appointment.
The practice times and groups are as follows starting December 19th. There is no practice on Tuesdays November 28-December 16.
High School 3:30-5:00 pm M/T/Th/F – Quarterly Fee* $210
Novice 5:00-6:00 pm T/W/Th/F or 6:00-7:00 pm  M/T/Th/F– Winter League Fee* $175
*All registrations require USA Swimming membership-Cost $58/year
